Faculty-mentored undergraduate research has become a vital part of a Dartmouth education and, together with off-campus programs, gives our students extraordinary opportunities to participate in active, hands-on learning with some of the best teacher-scholars in the world. In conjunction with a new Center for Undergraduate Research, the Undergraduate Research Excellence Fund provides general support for faculty-mentored research. The fund is a flexible resource that sustains and enhances research opportunities in a broad array of academic programs.
