Science, Policy, and Diplomacy

As science and public policy grow more deeply intertwined, the world needs leaders rooted in both spheres. You can help Dartmouth’s Institute of Arctic Studies prepare those leaders by giving students the opportunity to interact directly with national and international authorities with expertise in science diplomacy—the study and practice of how science is used in government relations. Coursework, experiential learning, and related programming will provide students with the knowledge and skills they’ll need to create science policy for the future.
